I have been a resident of Boulder Palms Sr. Apts. for over 5 years. When we had the great fortune of Zazil Garcia to be our Community Manager, this was a true blessing. Mrs. Garcia is professional, knowledgeable, always with a smile and ready to help. She cares about the residents, I often see her walk the property making sure all is well. Then she hired Brittnee Johnson as Assistant Manager. Many resident feel the same. The past managers were awful! Thank you for giving us Awesome Manager.

The Apartments complex is beautiful. We love our apartment, the maintenance staff Chuck & Louie keep the units updated. The leasing office Manager Zazil. Is always here to answer any questions we may have, and Brittnee is awesome. She goes above and beyond. For the tenants here, she always ask you if your needs were met. I would recommend Boulder palms apartments to anybody who wants to a secure clean place to live. Marcus & Pam.

Moved in on Wednesday downsized a lot. But we'll have to downsize some more. That's okay. It'll be great once I'm settled. My daughter was here for the weekend. She loved the placei met 2 lovely. I have visited my father multiple time at Boulder Palms, and I cannot say enough great things about the staff and the property! Zazil, Brittnee and Chuck are very helpful and always very pleasant. My father has been at this residence for 4 years and loves it. Every time I come to visit him the staff is always very welcoming, and the property is very clean and kept up to date. My name is Frank Higgins I'm about to start my 4th yr in May here at Boulder Palms from day 1 im a Jersey guy Military / ex Police officer your staff Zazell Lori ,Chuck & Louis are a true asset to your AMC family i looked at 15 different properties in Vegas and your property won out hands down all be it people i know said Boulder Highway is a cesspool of crime homeless all around its the Hood but it may be a little rough outside our complex i worked in far worse in Jersey our complex is safe secure clean plus myself n other residents look out for the elderly i tell Lori this place is my last stop and I've learned Lori is retiring in May I wouldn't let her go she is the nicest warmest woman i know she goes above & beyond to help all resedents and she cares and Zazell is allways hands on so to the owners of Boulder Palms your property is that Diamond in the ruff with a great staff!!🙂

When I finally got here they were warm and friendly and helpful my move in was effortless on their end. Your efficient creative repairs are on point and you're a though maintance manager, both you and Luis are a great professional team at Boulder Palms Senior Apartment's. As a residents i'm never left hanging in dire straights. Both Lori and Zazil run a tight office as well they equally listen to our *concerns and *issues that come up effecting and or may occur in our daily lives, as well as pest control and maintaning a very clean complex every week. My experience from start of application, to move in with Boulder Palms Senior Apartments was the best experience so far 5 Star, Lori and her team treated me a Senior and Army Veteran like I was a important person, the apartment on the move in day was excellent everything from Fridge, Stove, Microwave, Toilet, Carpet, and Paint all new and smelled new, my stay here is pleasant and peaceful, neighbors are very nice to me. The maintenance staff went above and beyond. I had a wrong screw in my table that was hard to remove and after he finished the work order he returned with the right tools and kindly removed the screw so that I could continue getting my kitchen set up....what a blessing!!!

Chuck was very professional and did an excellent job prepping and coring the door as well as replacing the new lock when my key card broke inside the door. Chuck and Luis get some troubleshooting on my stove and reconnected some wiring and grounded it and everything was perfect excellent job, it is very nice to have quality customer service from Lori and Zazil generate daily in an authentic way, if anyone needs any type of assistance or has a sensitive situation or circumstance will assist you reasonably with their helpful available with Boulder Palms senior reputation community connections resources, social service information and food programs that actually help people with quality food items and staple goods, it has been a surprise as well during the holiday season with Community Grocers making donations to our community as well just because. Once again the maintenance team takes care of the individual concerns and repairs are done in a reasonable timely caring and professional manner this has been my experience so far. 👍🏿 George

Almost a YEAR later...wonderful neighbors and staff...my stay has been really pleasant. Well maintained grounds and amenities. Thank God no bugs in my apartment. And a Great View of the mountains and the North end of the Las Vegas Strip. I am so grateful that they gave me a place to live when no one else would talk to me. I couldn't even get to put my name on a list no where else. Management talked with me with kind words and treatment , and I am grateful for that. I am the type of person that appreciates the fact that I'm not homeless and in need of shelter and food. Home is what you make of it. You see I come from nothing and I appreciate coming to my apartment and closing my door to privacy. It's nice and clean over here. Yeah it's a little busy on boulder but I'm getting use to it. I do have roaches but I'm working on them. Like I said earlier I'm just happy that I have a place to lay my head . The rent is not that bad. I like the fact that I just have to worry about one note. Neighbors are really friendly also. I just looks forward everyday to get to unlock my door to enter into a place of quietness. I know everything and everyday is not going to be perfect but it's perfect for me. Thanks boulder palms for giving me a place to live.

My experience with the management at Boulder Palms Senior Apts. in regards to a maintenance problem was a pleasant one. I turned in a written request to have my electric range looked at because it was shocking me whenever my hands were wet. Two days later they entered my apartment and fixed the problem. The service was prompt and efficient. I am completely satisfied.

Boulder palms is By Far the best place on Boulder...obvious as you see going by. The place is basically immaculate in regards to landscape features, cleanliness, pool, jacuzz, gym, activity room w vending machines, bbq's, picnic tables etc..ok enuf. The staff is Great! Dana, Derek, & Chuck keep this place Sharp. Tenants are so delighted to be here they even keep the property neat n clean. I've been here 1 year & dig it here...So quiet always + birds chirpin in am ✌take it easy.

Boulder palms is BY FAR OBVIOUSLY the BEST place on Boulder ( look ) from hwy....the place is immaculate = clean, beautiful landscape, bbqs, activity room/vending machines, spotless pool & jacuzzi...I even help keep pool "perfect" after a dunk or ten...Staff is the same....Excellent, on top of all reguests I've had after being here almost a year. All tenants are cool & place is QUIET. Im back off the hwy facing Shango 427 feet away. Mornings = birds chirpin....silence is Golden. I may stay a long time. I was on the ocean my entire life= peace/serenity. I have that here, my h20 now has Chlorine....not salt & no waves to ride but I fantacize that Im surfin when in our Bubblin Spa....sure theres weirdos here & there but whats new? Weirdos are everywhere, just stay aware & ENJOY!!! again Staff is Great= thanks alot!!!✌ oh yeah a gym also with nice equipment.

Great place to live with the price. Only just 1 bill each month, don't have to worry about paying anything else each month. Lots to do here at Boulder Palms, the office staff provides events each month. Neighbors here are very friendly and so are the office staff and maintenance. Maintenance takes great care of the property! Never looks bad. Always clean. 24 hour laundry room, I don't have to go any where else to do laundry. Very continently located.
